Classes will explore the full capacity of our yogic expressions to align with breath and to help you feel the full power of your being. Her background in Hatha and Ashtanga sequences will inform the postures we practice in, with a dynamic flow at the beginning of class to warm up the body. There will always be time to rest beautifully, with emphasis on beginning and ending each class with an intentional check in of your body, and an honoring of that inner Knowing. There will be play, and also discipline, included in each class, and most importantly, an opportunity to get to know your own body and being more lovingly.
