Qigong practice, transitioning gently into a 1 hour dance experience to celebrate spring, which is the time of the wood element in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Celebrate the balance of rooting into the earth and rising toward the sun like the tree, as we move together to a beautiful soundscape of music that is both uplifting and grounding.
