Bring a journal, anything that will support you in sitting comfortably, and a water bottle. The studio does have bolsters, blankets, blocks, mats and chairs for your comfort.

Bring your curiosity, all are welcome in this celebration of the Equinox. This celebration is offered at $75 and a sliding scale is provided ($55-$95).
